Will be held on Tuesday, 31 March, Barletta, p.v., 10.30 a.m., at the Foyer of the Teatro Comunale Curci, the press conference of presentation of the 25th international competition for young musicians “Città di Barletta“, of 18° International Piano Competition “Mauro Paolo Monopoli Prize“ and 11° National music competition “Premio Musica Italy“.
In the last edition was attended by over 350 people, as well as musicians from all regions of Italy, also from Romania, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Estonia, Malta, Croatia, Switzerland, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Sweden, Hong Kong, Denmark, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Spain, Romania, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Republic of Singapore, Norway, Albania, Russia, Czech Republic, Greece, Austria, Taiwan, Belgium, Canada, Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Korea, Holland, Hungary, Macedonia, Iran, Germany, United Kingdom, China, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, France, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Finland, Turkey, Viet Nam, Belarus, Israel, Slovenia and Lithuania, confirming the prestige and international resonance of the event which is also an extraordinary opportunity for tourist and cultural promotion of the territory.
During the press conference, preceded by pictures of the competitions in the year 2014 and Duo Lucia notes Sum and Maria Teresa Piumelli (violin), in the presence of municipal authorities, sponsors and supporters of the initiative of the artistic director, Maestro Francesco Monopoli, discusses the new edition of this year organized by the Associazione Cultura e Musica “g. Curci“ and the municipality of Barletta.
Will be presented the prestigious jury of the competition, the various special prizes provided for, the detailed calendar of hearings and the various side initiatives along with all the latest news for the 2015 Edition.
